The pandemic and “shelter at home” orders have upended nearly everyone’s lives, resulting in widespread anxiety, fear, and depression. Trans and non-binary people – especially those of us who also have experienced trauma – may be particularly stressed. To help you learn simple self-help techniques for this difficult time, FORGE is creating a series of short how-to videos.

As “shelter at home” continues, many of us are feeling that things are uncertain, odd, and even chaotic. You can shift those feelings a little by establishing routines – repeating patterns of how you do things and how you spend your time. This short video describes how routines can help you develop a sense of internal calm even in the midst of unsettling times.
